Terms of Service

By purchasing a website through Launch Trade, you agree to these terms.

The service

Launch Trade builds simple credibility websites for newly registered UK companies. The setup fee covers the initial build. The monthly care plan covers hosting and small updates.

Payment

Payment is required upfront before work begins. We accept payment via Stripe. Monthly care plan payments are recurring and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Delivery

We aim to deliver a first preview within 24–48 hours of receiving all required details from you. Delivery times depend on you providing accurate and complete information.

Edits

One round of edits is included. Additional edits are available at £50/hour.

Cancellation

You may cancel the monthly care plan at any time with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the setup fee paid. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or loss of business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
